Tata Motors has come into the market with their new model called as Grandemark II. It is the advanced version of Sumo Grande. After 23 months they have come with vast improvements. This new model contains chrome on the frame and indicators are fitted in the exterior mirrors. There is a line of chrome chafe shred fixed onto the doors so that the sides could look unique. The wheels are of steel which works very fine. If we look on to the inside section then the dashboard is very beautiful. They have used soft touch plastic which makes it comfortable. They did not make any changes to gearbox and engine but the third row of the seat is very contented this time. The designing has been done in such a way that reduces the floor vibration.
The suspension system is also improved this time. There is not much change from the outside of the vehicle but there are significant changes in the inside section. The driving as well as ride on Grandemark II has been improved now. It is mainly due to overhauled suspension. The rear leaf springs have been reorganized. The upfront springs have become softer now. The length of this vehicle is 4421 mm and the width is 1780mm. The height is 1940mm with a wheel base of 2250mm. The weight of this vehicle is 1940kg with front longitudinal, RWD engine installation. The gearbox is of 5 speeds manual and the power is 118 bhp at 4000rpm. The tyre size is of 235/70 R16. It is considered that it is going to be the competitor of Xylo. Grandemark II is falling under the category of quasi MPV. The mileage is almost equal to Sumo Grande and the acceleration has been improved a lot. Overall it can give the full value of your money.
